The EPSD series of integral precision motorized 2-axis linear motion stages can realize the automatic adjustment of displacement on the X and Y axes by using a stepping motor. This series is developed and designed by OMTOOLS to meet the motion requirements on the integral 2-axis surface in scenarios such as industrial production lines, automated processing equipment, and automated observing and testing equipment. The product is designed with an integral structure that is configured with cross-roller guides and linear sliding guides and driven by ball screws. Apertures are designed at the center. Glass and fluorescent panels are optional for clear apertures to realize scanning and aligning observation requirements such as transmission, reflection, and scattering. Direct-mounted devices and workpieces such as aluminum alloy cover plates are also available. The main body is manufactured with a high-strength aluminum alloy which is treated by black anodic oxidation, which delivers good abrasion resistance and exquisite appearance.
