  • Efficiently driven by precision ball screws, the products feature high driving efficiency, low starting torque, and highly precise positioning and repositioning;
  • Self-aligning ball linear guides work with the lightweight preloaded assembly technology to eliminate clearance and enhance rigidity, which achieves large load capacity, and excellent straightness and parallelism of motion;
  • The standard two-phase stepping motor featuring high torque and high stability is equipped;
  • The standard motor is equipped with a hand wheel, which allows both manual and automatic operations;
  • Two mechanical limit switches are equipped to realize overtravel deceleration and limit protection;
  • One zero-position photoelectric switch is equipped to deliver precision positioning at the zero position and error correction, avoiding troubles caused by error accumulation.
  • The universal standard DB9 port is compatible with our two-phase stepping motor controller;
  • Mounting holes are arranged in a standard manner to facilitate the installation of instruments and equipment and the combination of multi-DOF modules;
  • Grating rulers are optional for close-loop control, and the close-loop resolution within a short travel range can reach up to 1 μm;

     Driven by components such as precision ball screws, self-aligning ball linear guides, and high-quality couplers, the EPSA-G series of standard motorized linear motion stages are powered by a two-phase stepping motor, which has the features of high torque, low heat generation, and high stability. The products of this series are manufactured with lightweight and high-strength aluminum alloy for the main body, by combining long-tested special processing and assembly technologies.
