  • Precision self-aligning ball linear guides are combined with the lightweight preloaded assembly technology, which achieves large load capacity, and excellent  straightness and parallelism of motion;
  • The Panasonic Servo Motor is equipped, which features outstanding frequency-torque characteristics, strong overload capacity, wide range of speed regulation, and extremely low vibration noise;
  • Two mechanical limit switches are equipped to realize overtravel deceleration and limit protection;
  • One zero-position photoelectric switch is equipped to deliver precision positioning at the zero position and error correction, avoiding troubles caused by error accumulation.
  • The universal standard DB9 port is compatible with our two-phase stepping motor controller;
  • Mounting holes are arranged in a standard manner to facilitate the installation of instruments and equipment and the combination of multi-DOF modules;
  • Grating rulers are optional for close-loop control, and the close-loop resolution within a short travel range can reach up to 1μm and 0.1μm within a long travel range.

     The EPSH series of precision motorized linear motion stages is modified by OMTOOLS on the basis of the EPSB series in order to meet the control requirements for low speed, smooth motion, and large load capacity. Driven by components such as precision grinding ball screws, highly precise self-aligning ball linear guides, and high-quality couplers, the EPSB series is powered by a Panasonic Servo Motor, which features outstanding frequency-torque characteristics, good overload capacity, wide range of speed regulation, and extremely low vibration noise. The products of this series are manufactured with lightweight, high-strength, and high-quality aluminum alloy for the main body, combined with long-tested special processing and assembly technologies.

     The products boast a range of advantages, including high precision, large load capacity, good stability, extremely low vibration noise, and excellent motion smoothness. Moreover, there is no creeping during the operation under low speed and heavy load. They are suitable for applications requiring high dynamic performance, wide range of speed regulation, strong overload capacity, stable speed, and precision positioning, such as precision optical experiments, optical detection, and especially precision optical processing.
