     OMTOOLS’ 90° flip mounts can be mounted on the top of Ø12 mm stainless steel optical posts or Ø25 mm cylindrical posts through the M4 counter bore at the center of the bottom plate or the M4 threaded hole on any side, providing flexible mounting options for components. Eleven M4 threaded holes are also provided on the 32x32 mm top plate for the mounting of components. When the mount is mounted onto the optical table through the counter bore at the center of the bottom plate, the angle of the top plate against the optical table is adjustable within a range from 0° to 90°. When the mount is mounted onto the optical table through the M4 threaded hole on the side, the angle of the top plate against the optical table is adjustable within a range from -90° to +90°. For locking, a 4 mm hexagon wrench can be used to fasten the equal height screws on the side.

     The 90° flip mounts can be remodeled to a left-handed or right-handed device only by removing the equal height screws, separating the top plate from the bottom plate, turning the bottom plate upside down, and then reassembling them. By doing so, users can choose the direction of operating the locking screws, so as to find appropriate direction for the experimental device.
