The 30 mm coaxial rotation mounts for cage systems provide 360° continuous rotation for O-shaped optical elements (round lenses). After the optical elements are aligned, locking screws are used to lock the position of the rotary bases. The mounting base is designed with four φ6 through holes with a pitch of 30x30 mm, and M3 set screws are provided on the side of φ6 through holes to fix the Ø6 mm coaxial cage rods. It is compatible with the 30 mm cage systems. One M4 threaded hole is arranged at the bottom of the mount. This hole is used to connect the mount with Ø12 mm stainless steel optical posts or Ø25 mm cylindrical posts. In addition to 30 mm rotation mounts for cage systems, we also provide 60 mm rotation mounts for cage systems.

Product description

The LBZ25B 30 mm rotation mounts for coaxial systems are designed to mount Ø25.4 mm optical elements with a maximum thickness of 9.4 mm, with optical elements fixed by one SM1R retaining ring. The rotation mounts feature 360° rotation, display of angle figures for every 20°, and differential scale accuracy of 5’, with set screws for coarse adjustment on sides. When the coarse adjustment function is locked, the micrometer head can be used to fine-tune the rotation mount within ±7°. Every turn of rotation of the micrometer head will lead the rotation mount to rotate 1°, with an accuracy of 1.2'. The LBZ25D series is designed with M4 threaded holes at the bottom for connection with optical posts.
