OMT-A series 3-axis lens mounts with closed jack screws

Introduction

Product features:

Material: 6061-T6 aluminium alloy;
Three 0.25 mm precision fine thread pairs;
Scope of application: Ø 12.7 mm, Ø 25.4 mm, Ø 50.8 mm;
Lens mount mode: closed jack screws (A type);
Pitch and yaw range : ±3° or ±4°;
Locking mode: no locking nuts are provided for the standard version, but users can purse locking nuts additionally (mode: with S, e.g., OMT25AS).

The OMT-A series 3-axis lens mounts with jack screws provided by OMTOOLS are widely applied for the mounting adjustment of O-shaped optical elements (round lenses). Closed jack screws are equipped for lens mount. The OMT-A series provides pitch, tilt and Z-axis (optical axis) adjustments. The products feature optimized structural design, precision machining and assembling, and high stability and sensibility. The thread pairs consist of carobronze bushings and stainless steel screws, providing smooth adjustment. Two M4/M6 threaded holes and M3/M4 counter bores are arranged on both surfaces at the bottom of the mount, providing flexible mounting modes for a range of applications.
