     Based on the semi-conductor refrigeration technology, TEC temperature control stages are chip-mounted stages that integrate precision temperature control and precision displacement control. The stage is a multi-axis precision adjustment system consisting of our self-developed manual stages. It is also equipped with a built-in semiconductor refrigeration chip featuring high reliability, and red copper or stainless steel table top with extraordinary heat conductivity, delivering even temperature on different areas of the table top with temperature difference less than 0.2 degree Celsius. Thus, the stage can provide stable and efficient environment with constant temperature for processes such as coupling, encapsulation and testing of photonic, electronic and photoelectric chips.
