The HGZF Series Honeycomb Optical Table is a commonly used optical platform with a lower natural frequency and superior vibration isolation performance, making it widely applied in optical experiments and other related fields.
The tabletop adopts a honeycomb-core optical breadboard, which is mainly formed by bonding a high magnetic permeability stainless steel top plate, isolation cups, a middle honeycomb core layer, and a bottom steel layer. It boasts excellent rigidity and damping effect, which can prevent liquids and impurities from penetrating the honeycomb structure and block gas convection between threaded holes. The upper surface is processed with a rotary grinding technique to remove burrs, achieving a non-reflective, matte finish that reduces the impact of specular reflection on the optical system. The default distance from the edge holes to the breadboard’s edge is 37.5 mm, with an optional 12.5 mm spacing available.
The supporting frame is a high-rigidity bolt-connected structure, allowing for extremely easy installation. Integrated with precision rubber damping vibration isolators and horizontal adjustment bearings, it delivers excellent vibration isolation performance.
It is used in optical experiment, optical communication, Spectrum experiment, laser interference, holographic application, laser micro-processing, precision measuring instrument and so on。
