     The OMWC series of 5-axis interferometer mounts provided by OMTOOLS is designed for high-stable 5-axis adjustment of lenses or other precision components in interferometers, which feature the availability for clamping of large lenses (φ100 mm or above), and high adjustment accuracy. The Z-axis bottom plate is cast into one piece with the Y-axis mobile plate, which achieves a more stable structure. Moreover, the pitch and tilt angles are adjusted by direct drive, which greatly improves the rigidity, strength and stability of the entire system. The mounts are equipped with self-centering clamps, and it ensures that the center height of clamped objects with different diameters remain unchanged during clamping. By using mounting holes at the bottom, the mounts can be directly mounted onto various optical tables and plates. This product series provides a maximum clamping diameter of φ150 mm.
