The LDA-A series of voidless flexible clamps developed by OMTOOLS features voidless and smooth upper and lower surface, so either surface can contact optical tables or other mounting surfaces free of void. This feature allows users to configure the clamp as a right-handed or left-handed component, and connect it to optical elements seamlessly to minimize the space occupied. The clamp is designed with a relief groove on each side to protect its surfaces from scratches caused by screws and washers when it contacts optical tables. The groove length is 19 mm or 33.0 mm, which delivers flexibility in applications such as compact laser cavity devices. The clamps are designed to secure Ø25 mm posts by using the flexible clamping mechanism drive by M6 cap screws on the side. The posts can rotate for 360° around the center. Since the flexible clamping part and the mounting groove are secured by screws separately, both the clamp and the post can be adjusted independently for alignment. The clamp has a 15.2 mm deep mounting hole, and the post can be fixed up to 6.4 mm from the bottom of the mounting hole.
