     The OMBT-AN series of high-stable stainless steel fixed lens mounts with jack screws developed by OMTOOLS has a black surface which is resulted from new technologies This design can minimize the impact on the optical system by using lowering surface reflection, and deliver a small coefficient of thermal expansion that multiplies the surface strength. Precision adjusters with steel balls and sapphire spacers at contact points are equipped to ensure smooth left-right adjustment. Two M4/M6 threaded holes and M3/M4 counter bores are arranged on both surfaces at the bottom of the mount, which provides flexible mounting modes for a range of applications. Two Ø2 mm alignment holes are provided around M4/M6 threaded holes to ensure precision adjustment. The mounts are designed with holes and monolithic flexible arms to secure optical elements. This design delivers large clamping force and high stability of beam direction, and it facilitates the mounting of optical elements.
