• The bottom board is fabricated by using U-shaped aluminum alloy which is treated by anodic oxidation, which delivers excellent resistance to abrasion and a good appearance;
• Ball screws are equipped and the two-phase stepping motor is equipped as a standard configuration (band-type brake is equipped for the Z-axis motor), which helps realize high resolution and positioning accuracy;
• Linear sliding guides are provided to achieve higher strength, larger load capacity, and better durability. By combining our unique precision grinding process, the stages achieve outstanding straightness and flatness of motion;
• Built-in sensors (positive and negative limit sensor and zero-position sensor) are equipped to ensure the safety of use and convenient positioning; highly flexible cable modules are also equipped to create easy access to maintenance points;
• An assortment of products with different travel ranges and dimensions are available, and standard mounting holes are also provided;
• The standard stepping motor is equipped with a hand wheel for easy manual adjustment. Grating rulers are optional, and the close-loop resolution can reach up to 1μm after installation.

     The OMDDH03 series of motorized 3-axis stage with long travel range (XYZ) is driven by precision ball screws and powered by the two-phase stepping motor (band-type brake is equipped for the Z-axis motor). The standard version is equipped with an open-loop system, and grating rulers are optional to realize the close-loop feedback control. Precision linear guides (square guides) are equipped to deliver larger load capacity and better motion stability and smoothness. With mounting holes on the bottom, the motorized 3-axis stages can be fixed onto optical panels and tables with screws for operation.
