The OMYE62D integral manual stages are driven by micrometer heads and guided by precision cross-roller guides. Its main body is made of aluminum alloy, which leads to large load capacity and high sensitivity. The HFA-TR 2-axis optic fiber tilt stages are equipped with precision 100TPI adjusting screws and manufactured with stainless steel. Benefiting from high rigidity, this series of stages can effectively avoid vibration and maintain high stability.
