Table-type active vibration isolation systems
Introduction
Product description:

      The table-type active vibration isolation systems are high-precision vibration platforms with a number of national patents.
It is composed of an optical table top with honeycomb core, a vibration isolator and supports.

     The supply of compressed air is not required during operation, leading to easy installation and the feature of plug-and-play.

      Lorentz motor, speed sensor and controller constitute a closed-loop servo control system of the table-type active vibration isolation platform,
and the active vibration isolation is carried out within a frequency range of 0.7 Hz-50 Hz.

     We provide customized working table tops of different sizes and materials according to user requirements.
We are responsible for installation and commissioning of the system, and provide free services and repairs for three years.

Table-type active vibration isolation systems
  • Clean room environment: Above 10000 class purification; environmental noise less than 65DB;
  • Testing Tools: LMS SCADASIII data acquisition system, 32-channel input module,

  • 2-channel output module; LMS test. Lab data analysis system;
    PCB accelerometer; GS speed sensor (low frequency extended);

  • Test method: put the damping system on the foundation, manually push the platform to observe Hendrik Lorentz motor,

  • make sure that there is no contact between stator and rotor, and adjust the air gap distance。
    Open the speed control loop. The vibration transmissibility in x, y and z directions was measured by PCB accelerometer。
    Data acquisition was performed by LMS SCADASIII, using LMS test.

  • Lab data analysis to determine the resonant point transmission rate and high frequency attenuation rate;
