Manufactured with aluminum alloy for the main body, the SPYZ series of ultra-precision manual linear motion stages is equipped with cross-roller guides and driven by micrometers or screw thread pairs. It features small dimensions, as well as a high sensibility that is less than 2 μm. A diversity of table top dimensions with appropriate table thickness are available. They can be used separately or in combination with other series. This product shows outstanding load capacity especially when it is used vertically or as the Z-axis.
