        The OMXD52A 3-axis high-precision tilt prism stages developed by OMTOOLS provide two independent tilt adjustments, and in-plane rotation adjustment. These functions allow optical elements such as prisms to be oriented parallel to the desired plane, and then rotated within the plane. Micrometer heads provide excellent resolution. All the 3 axes are equipped with springs to eliminate clearance. The adjustable clamping arm is mounted on the φ6 cage rod. With the cage rod, the clamping arm can be moved above the optical elements to fix them by tightening the nylon handle. More φ6 cage rods can be connected in order to mount optical mounts with higher thickness. The front and rear of the base are designed with M6 U-shaped grooves and four M4 threaded holes at the bottom, which are used to fix the stages on optical tables or breadboards.
