  • The large load capacity and high sensitivity can satisfy the high requirement of applications for the accuracy of manual adjustment.

     The OMYE series of integral manual linear motion stages developed by OMTOOLS is driven by micrometer heads and guided by precision cross-roller guides. Its main body is made of aluminum alloy, which leads to a large load capacity and high sensitivity. The X stages and XY stages of this series are both 25 mm high, so they can be installed easily anywhere. The stages are installed with automatic spring reset mechanisms, which allows a motion without hysterisis error. For the lightweight stages with low load capacity, outstanding straightness can be guaranteed within the travel range of 13 mm (with an offset less than 150 µrad).

  • Driven by a differential head, precisely guided by cross roller rails, and made of aluminum alloy material, it boasts strong load capacity and high sensitivity;;

  • The height of both the X and XY configurations is 25mm, which can be easily installed anywhere;

  • It is equipped with a spring automatic reset mechanism inside, allowing for motion without return difference;

  • For lightweight displacement stages with lower load amounts, it ensures excellent straight-line movement within the entire 13mm stroke range (deviations less than 150 µrad).

OMSPJ25A series solid sample boards with SM1 threads
  • This series is mainly used on the OMYE106ZN、OMYE108BN series rotary dual-axis linear motion stages to convert its surface with screw holes to a flat surface;

  • It is a board with a diameter of Ø104 mm and a thickness of 5.0 mm, and it’s SM1 (1.035”-40) external thread heads can be screwed into the SM1 threaded holes at the center of the stages;

  • Knurled textures are designed on the edge, which facilitates handling during installation or disassembly.

OMSPJ70B series spring clips for microscope slides
  • Spring clips for microscope slides machined from high-quality stainless steel are mainly used to fix samples;

  • The tail end of spring clips is designed with a slight upwards bend to prevent damages to microscope slides and facilitate their mounting, while providing sufficient clamping force to fix them;

  • The spring clips are applicable for clamping microscope slides and test targets of different sizes. Two shoulder screws with M4 threads are also provided to connect with stages;

  • The spring clips can be rotated for 360 degrees to operate or position slides, and there is no clamping stagnation when the spring is pressed down.

  • This series is a perfect match with our OMYE108BN series dual-axis linear motion stages and OMYE106ZN series rotary dual-axis linear motion stages. Each of these stages has a through-hole with SM1 threads, and three alignment holes for Ø3 locating pins on the top plate. The locating pins can fix the 1 inch×3 inches (25.4 mmx76.2 mm) standard microscope slides onto the center of through-holes, allowing repeated and accurate positioning of slides.
