Equipped with precision cross-roller guides and manufactured with stainless steel, it has been widely applied in the field of optic fiber adjustment. Benefiting from high rigidity, this series of stages can effectively avoid vibration and maintain high stability. Cross-roller guides and precision-machined guide reference planes provide an extremely straight ±6 mm linear travel range along the X-axis and Y-axis. The angular offset of any axis is less than 150 µrad. The Z-axis is equipped with a 6 mm travel range.
