The 100 mm precision dovetail optical guides developed by OMTOOLS are applicable for our large-scale snap-in guide sliders. Designed for accurate positioning of optomechanical hardware, the guide is provided with laser-engraved scale with an accuracy of 1.0 mm on the side, and every 10 mm is marked with figures. The guides are also offered with multiple M6 counter bores and M6 kidney-shaped grooves, which achieves flexible connection to breadboards or optical tables. After being treated by precision machining and extrusion molding, the guides are designed with φ8 cylindrical locating pins on both ends, achieving the length extension by head-to-tail connection of multiple guides.
