     The OMXC114C 3-axis tilt stages designed by OMTOOLS provide tilt and rotary adjustments in order to align with optical elements. While guaranteeing the kinematic characteristics, the stages are equipped with hardened and polished steel ball pivots, and spring preloaded ball-head adjusting devices that act on the hardened steel bases. The stages provide complete 3-axis angular positioning DOFs and achieve tilt and rotation adjustments by using micrometer heads so that components can be oriented parallel to any plane. When it is used together with XYZ stages, this stage can provide six DOFs, which achieves the all-round positioning function.
