The precision adjustment screw thread pairs provided by OMTOOLS are used to control the motion accuracy of optomechanical elements, such as optical mounting seats. The screw thread pair is composed of a knurled knob, a hexagonalal adjuster, and a threaded bushing, which can be assembled and disassembled freely. The threaded connection part of the screw thread pair is applied with damping lubricant in order to archive a smooth joint between the threaded bushing and the hexagonalal adjuster, while reducing the abrasion between them. A 2 mm hexagonalal hole is provided on the top of the hexagonalal adjuster to achieve a precision adjustment accuracy of 0.25 mm per revolution, combined with the included removable knurled knob.
