The HMBA series of optical breadboards are generally applied in optical experiments, medical experiments, precision instrument production and testing, and aerospace experiments, among others. By virtue of its high rigidity and low mass ratio, it plays a significant role in enhancing the accuracy of experiments and ensuring the firmness of the mounting table. Designed with a welded hollow structure, it consists of the lower and upper panels, latticed welded lining and vibration-proof plate. The panels are machined from rust-free high-permeability stainless steel (430), which ensures laboratory cleanliness while facilitating the installation of experimental accessories. The internal latticed lining is manufacture with 4mm thick steel plates subject to crosswise welding. This design delivers more firm and reliable connection of the upper and lower panel, and maximizes the overall rigidity when the lining mass is reduced.
