     The HFA series of optic fiber stages is made of stainless steel that can deliver excellent, long-term stability. Cross-roller guides and precision-machined guide reference planes provide an extremely straight ±6 mm linear travel range along the X-axis and Y-axis. The angular offset of any axis is less than 150 µrad. The Z-axis is equipped with a 6 mm travel range. This series is specially designed for precision optic fiber alignment.
