The ELPC series of wedge-type motorized vertical motion stages is specially developed by OMTOOLS for conditions, for example, characterized by compact space and frequent reciprocating motion. Grinding screws and wearable tin-bronze nuts are applied for the drive unit of this series of products. The two-phase stepping motor as a standard configuration delivers higher resolution and positioning accuracy. The linear guide is used as a directive carrying mechanism, which provides the products with advantages such as high strength, high load capacity, and good durability. Moreover, by applying OMTOOLS’s unique precision grinding and assembly technologies, this product is ensured with a higher motion accuracy. The main body is manufactured with a high-strength aluminum alloy which is treated by black anodic oxidation, which delivers outstanding abrasive resistance, uniform color, and exquisite appearance. This series is ideal for precision instruments, automation systems, and industrial production lines with high requirements for space, dimension, and weight.
