The SPYC series of gear-rack drive dovetail manual linear motion stages launched by OMTOOLS is a gear-rack type manual linear motion stage series, which is driven by gear and rack. The products of this series are manufactured by using high-strength aluminum alloy with black anodic oxidation for the main body. They are guided by the dovetail guide with high load capacity. Helical gear and rack work as the drive unit, which delivers a fast-adjusting speed. Scales are set on the side, and the effective locking mechanism guarantees the stage good stability. Mounting holes with standard pitches are arranged on the top and bottom, which facilitates installation and combination. The products can be integrated in multi-axis adjusting mounts with the same or other series of products.
